- You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where digital asset derivatives, automated crypto software, or CFD instruments are prohibited by law.
3. Platform Purpose and Nature of Information
movixcapital develops and provides quantitative analytical tools, machine learning algorithmic models, and informational data streams relating to digital assets and cryptocurrency markets. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Platform does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advisory services.
- movixcapital is not an authorized financial adviser, broker, fund manager, custodian, or exchange under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) or comparable overseas regulations.
- Automated projections, backtested simulations, volatility indicators, and machine learning outputs are generated strictly for research, educational, and workflow support purposes.
- Any decision to purchase, sell, hold, or execute orders on crypto assets rests solely with you and your chosen independent broker or custodian.
4. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account or provide operational details, you agree to submit accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, API keys, and device access tokens. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be deemed your authorized act.

5. Prohibited Conduct

- Interfere with, impair, or compromise the operational stability, network integrity, or server infrastructure of movixcapital.
- Use the service to orchestrate fraudulent market manipulation schemes, wash trading, or unauthorized secondary financial offerings.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents, proprietary algorithmic frameworks, visual graphics, and user interface designs on the Platform remain the exclusive property of movixcapital and its licensors. No title, ownership, or intellectual property license is transferred to you by virtue of your access to the Platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. movixcapital disclaims all warranties regarding continuous uptime, data feed accuracy, algorithmic profitability, latency performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, movixcapital and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of capital, lost profits, exchange downtime, slippage, trading liquidations, or network disruptions.

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections.
